It definitely reminds me of the photographs I saw of Jim Williams' desk back in his office at Linear Technology.
Although, I have a hard time spotting a coffee cup anywhere!
Well OK, my desk doesn't maybe look quite as busy as his...but at least I have a coffee cup.
The prototype is almost up and running. What I'm missing is the cavity filter. This setup however, is already good enough to tune my resolution bandwidth filters.
I still need to figure out if I should consider using twisted pairs for the supply lines. The modules will be shielded but other gear on my desk may radiate.
